Job Description

With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting a Senior Estimation Engineer for our client based in Dubai, UAEJob Purpose:

  1. Reviewing and analyzing tender drawings and specifications, raising pricing-related queries with the client, and addressing pricing-related post-tender clarifications.
  2. Analyzing rates for various items to prepare estimates, including costs for main elements such as materials, equipment, labor, services, and subcontractors.
  3. Performing analysis and pricing using Candy software, including generating estimates from first principles and creating material and subcontractor packages for tenders.
  4. Reviewing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, importing the pricing into the adjudicator, and finalizing comparisons to select the most competitive and compliant price.
  5. Providing regular updates and discussing the tender project pricing status and daily work priorities with the Tender Manager.
  6. Co ordinating with other Department, attending site visits , sub-contractor, encouraging team work & coordinate with team members Achieving target on time.
