Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage electrical installation works for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and UAE authority requirements.Monitor site progress, manpower, material requirements, and work schedules.Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.Resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of electrical works.Coordinate with DEWA and other relevant authorities for inspections and approvals, where applicable.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP field with high-rise experience.Comprehensive knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, low current systems, and fire alarm systems.Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
