Job Description

MediaMonksMiddleEast is looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a project team within the agency through planning, organizing and controlling from start to finish. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to create impactful workRole & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
  • Participate in client communication and provide product recommendations with the account team.
  • Collaborate with content, strategy, technical and creative colleagues to develop, execute, and measure ideas for the client.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations to clients with MediaMonks team accordingly
  • You?ll make sure deadlines are met with lethal precision, and flag the ones that aren?t attainable upfront.
  • You?ll evaluate the good, the bad and the ugly of finished projects to improve our processes and work streams
  • You?ll schedule, track and prioritize assignments and make sure the right Monks are available to provide our client with a constant flow of high-end production work.
Requirements
  • We?re looking for someone who is first and foremost an excellent project manager.
  • Minimum 5 years? experience of leading and executing digital and web-based projects.
  • Understanding of and experience with developing for CMS platforms; understanding of the SDLC.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, organizational and prioritization and decision making skills.
  • You?re a proficient communicator ? able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and knowing how to describe issues and required actions to Monks in other offices.
  • You have solid scoping skills, which translate into realistic timings and resource estimates.
  • Working autonomously, being confident to make decisions under pressure.
  • Managing projects using various formal methodologies, software & frameworks.
