Plan and execute all always-on digital topics for the brand covering web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and video advertising.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities and assess vs. targets (ROI and KPIs).
Coordinate the implementation of the brand websites for the Middle East region.
Design, build, and maintain the social media presence of the brand and ensure importer social/digital presence aligns with brand guidelines and CI.
Identify trends and insights; optimize spend and performance based on insights; provide weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports.
Serve as the go-to person for markets and internal teams on digital topics; manage digital agencies.
Support and collaborate across marketing and product teams for product launches and campaigns.
Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints to support the optimal customer journey.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Support after-sales marketing, as required.
Support CRM activities relating to online functionalities and processes.
