Our client empowers aspiring businesses and dynamic governments across industries to become data-driven, allowing them to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and augment decision-making.As Head of DevOps, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of automated, efficient, and high-performance delivery systems for a large organization. They will have extensive experience in both development and operations, as well as full-stack expertise.

  • Job ResponsibilitiesProvide cloud-based continuous delivery solutions and have experience with the core cloud provider management tools.
  • Design and implement Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, GitHub connections, Azure DevOps, Git-lab, and others.
  • Use configuration management automation tools like Azure DevOps to build continuous delivery systems.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining high-performance production environments using techniques like vertical, horizontal scaling, implementing caching systems, and database clustering.
  • Manage database clusters, log stacks, etc. ELK and experience configuring and managing services on Docker Containers, Kubernetes, or Docker Swarm.
  • Use industry Continuous Delivery patterns and collaborate to achieve successful continuous delivery solutions.
  • Coach and mentor team members, clearly explaining complex solutions and leading and teaching junior staff.
  • Manage DataOps, ensuring efficient and reliable data pipelines and data governance practices are in place.
  • Lead the management and maintenance of SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance of the systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data architecture, data pipeline, and data governance strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of SaaS platforms and implement necessary changes for scalability and reliability.
