Design graphic user interface elements˙
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look like˙
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders˙
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems˙˙
Maintain all UX/IA Templates, documentation, assets, personas, wireframes, design mock-ups, user flows, navigational maps and experience documentation for assigned projects˙
Define engaging user experiences˙
Conduct User research and ethnography - ideally both qualitative and quantitative methods˙
Translating business priorities into research questions and design insights˙
Communicating and coordinating with senior stakeholders to evangelise and advance the CX/UX agenda˙
