Create functional and visually appealing features that address customer needs
Develop User Experience (UX) for different projects by designing wireframes, user journey mapping, personas etc.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look like
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Maintain all UX/IA Templates, documentation, assets, personas, wireframes, design mock-ups, user flows, navigational maps and experience documentation for assigned projects
Define engaging user experiences
Conduct User research and ethnography - ideally both qualitative and quantitative methods
Translating business priorities into research questions and design insights
Communicating and coordinating with senior stakeholders to evangelize and advance the CX/UX agenda
