The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assessing and repairing vehicle body damage, particularly in luxury automobiles, ensuring that all repairs meet the highest industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural and cosmetic damage.
  • Repair Planning: Develop comprehensive repair plans, including the selection of appropriate tools and techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition.
  • Panel Beating: Perform panel beating tasks such as reshaping and realigning damaged panels, removing dents, and repairing or replacing body panels as necessary.
  • Welding and Fabrication: Utilize various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and spot welding, to repair or replace damaged vehicle components.
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare repaired surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and priming, ensuring a flawless finish.
  • Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and Star Centres quality standards.
