We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Corporate Sales Associate.We are a leading gift delivery company in the UAE. With our expertise, we have been the top choice of major banks and companies in fulfilling their corporate gift requirements. We are looking for applicants who have good leadership skills and excellent communicator in providing outstanding customer service performance and exceeds sales quotas.Working closely with the Corporate Sales team, you will get involved in managing sales representatives and maintaining relationships with clients and customers. You will play a big part in helping us build up our business activities and contribute to our company?s rapid growth.Job Responsibilities:? Expands business opportunities through arranging meetings with corporate clients, analyzing their gifting requirements, and recommending products and services aligned to their needs.? Reports directly to the CEO of the organization and will be responsible for the sales performance and KPI?s.? Manages a team of sales associates; Mentoring, coaching, and collaborating with team members to achieve better sales results.? Establishes contact and develops relationships with prospects and actively seeks out new sales leads & opportunities through existing client base, web search, social media, networks, and other means of communication.? Participates on behalf of the company in negotiating and/or closing quotations/deals to demonstrate our products and services for customer satisfaction.? Conducts market research to identify sales opportunities, product developments, and other informations needed to meet or exceed sales targets.? Prepares reports and presentations.
