Lead the consolidation company statutory financial statements, including all disclosure notes
Lead all external audits and coordinated requirements for all legal entities and countries
Lead for all IFRS and GAAP accounting matters, including compliance with changes in regulatory requirements
Lead Corporate head office accounting
Knowledge and application of IFRS and GAAP Standards
Provide advisor consultancy for all accounting matters to support operations and business development
Maintain finance policy manual and update procedures and policies as required
Liaise with external auditors
Impairment reviews of the Groups investments in Subsidiaries, Associates, and joint ventures
Work closely with the Business Unit finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
