Analyze and identify potential risks in contract terms and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
Monitor contractor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Handle contract disputes, working closely with legal counsel to resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation and prepare and submit regular reports on contract status to senior management.
