This collective understanding of what it takes to successfully delivery a major capital project enables us to provide deep industry insights and experience to our client s problems.Our I&CP team is part of a global network that enables us to deliver the right outcome for our clients, while bringing new approaches and perspectives. We have built a successful business that clients turn to for support and we are expanding our team in the Middle East.The I&CP team will provide you with an opportunity to work across a number of sectors and deploy your experience and insights to help our clients successfully deliver their programs, manage their operations and maintain their infrastructure assets.Your roleWe are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our team that is based in Dubai, but works across the Middle East and internationally.You can expect to be involved with:Supporting our clients in setting up and delivering large capital programs (including the development of target operating models, project management arrangements, stage-gate processes, capability assessments, asset information and reporting, and governance structure and controls).Supporting business development activities and building client relationships to grow the capital programs team.Contributing to the development of our propositions and industry points of viewHelp foster a sense of community within the I&CP team, and be involved with community initiatives.Your responsibilities will flex depending on the size and nature of engagements, expertise within the project team and client requirements.Your professional experience:Between 2-6 years of experience working in one or more capital intensive industries across the private and public sectors; including Transport, Infrastructure, Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Mining, Defense.Professional experience of delivering capital projects (engineers, project managers, commercial managers, cost consultants) or capital project consulting experience.Experience of setting up capital projects including: program management arrangements, program controls, governance arrangements, reporting, processes, stage gate processes, technology adoption, undertaking project reviews and delivery model selection.Experience of supporting business development activities and proposals.Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of an organization (seniors managers, peers, and team members) and experience of leading client conversations.Problem solving, creative thinking and analytical skills and is able to translate complex issues into the solutions that can be implemented.High degrees of personal motivation and drive and passionate about the delivery of capital projects.The ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.Has a strong academic background of at least degree level.Is open to travel across the region and internationally.
