Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Conference Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Conference Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful conferences and events. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver exceptional experiences that exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and project management skills.   1. Work closely with clients to understand their conference objectives, budget, and timeline.
  2. Develop and execute detailed project plans, including event logistics, program development, and speaker management.
  3. Coordinate with venue staff, vendors, and suppliers to ensure all conference requirements are met.
  4. Manage conference budgets, including cost tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
  5. Oversee the registration process, including attendee communication, ticket sales, and badge printing.
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement conference promotion strategies.
  7. Coordinate with audiovisual and production teams to ensure seamless execution of presentations and sessions.
  8. Manage onsite operations, including setup, registration, attendee support, and troubleshooting.
  9. Evaluate conference success and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and industry partners.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience in planning and managing conferences or large-scale events.
  2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  4. Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality events.
  5. Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and anticipate client needs.
  6. Proficient in event management software and tools.
  7. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
  10. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
