PPP projects˙Your tasks are˙

  • Developing commercial and financial structures of projects incl. Public Private Partnership models
  • Develop commercial part of concession agreements and related documents
  • Clarify and coordinate concession agreement offers clarification and negotiation
  • Manage the commercial topics in a mega size project with all involved parties
  • Manage and provide contract & claims management services
Job requirements
  • Successfully completed studies in the fields of˙commercial and engineering
  • English and Arabic language negotiation level, also in commercial and legal context
  • Minimum 15 years experience in commercial project management (e.g. procurement, contract & claims management)
  • Minimum 5 years experience with PPP projects (e.g. concession agreements, SPV-structuring, BOT-contracts, financing modelling, shortfall agreements, guarantees etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office and professional cost control systems
