1. Provide consultation to health care professionals on clinical audit process including quality improvement2. Plan and conduct educational sessions on clinical audit, medical complaint and Mortality and Morbidity3. Develop , update and implement policies and procedures that guide and support clinical l governance and provid recommunication on clinical governance activates4. Design and update clinical audit methodology, data analysis and receive feedback5. Review and evaluate medical complaints process and clinical audit systems to ensure effectiveness6. Ensure proper documentation and recording of complaint activities and investigation outcomes and preparereports and statistics7. Review and follow up appeals through appeal committee.8.
