Senior Civil Site EngineerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates:•Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.•Monitor project progress against timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks.•Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site.•Interpret design drawings and resolve technical issues on-site.•Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.•Review, negotiate, and manage construction contracts and subcontracts.•Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, scope, and changes.•Resolve claims and disputes while protecting the companys interests.•Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.•Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.•Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen.•Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and resolve bottlenecks.•Communicate progress and issues to senior management.•Track inventory, delivery schedules, and usage on site.Desired Candidate Profile :•B. Tech (civil) or BE (Civil)•Minimum 4 years of experience (Home country experience can also be considered)•Collaborate with engineers, foremen, workers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.•Remain calm under pressure and maintain a constructive attitude in difficult site conditions.•Be accountable for site progress, safety, and quality.•Be flexible to changing plans, weather conditions, and urgent project needs.
