Senior Civil EngineerJob Location : Dubai, UAERoles and Responsibilities:?Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.?Conduct site inspections, evaluate construction materials, and manage all aspects of the project from start to finish.?Lead multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.?Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.?Maintain detailed records of project progress, budget, and schedule, providing regular updates to management.?Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure project success.Candidate Requirements:?Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred.?Proven experience as a Civil Engineer in high-rise construction, with expertise in project management, leadership, and technical skills.?Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.?Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
