Job Description

Role Overview:We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Business Development Executive / Team Lead to play a vital role in expanding our presence across the UAE. You?ll be responsible for sourcing leads, closing deals, nurturing relationships, and potentially leading a small sales team as we grow.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify and approach educational institutions, HR departments, and training partners.
  • Pitch training programs to students, professionals, and corporates in compelling ways.
  • Collaborate with marketing for outreach campaigns and events.
  • Handle client relationships and renewals with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
  • Represent KGISL at educational fairs, seminars, and industry events.
  • Assist in building and mentoring a small team of junior executives (if promoted to Team Lead role).
  • Collect feedback and market insights for continuous improvement.
