Job Title: Senior Bid and Tender ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAE?The ClientThe client is a global operational and training organization, providing security initiatives and solutions such as crisis management, international policing and control operations to name a few, with office based in the UAE and other international offices.?The RoleThe Senior Bid and Tender Manager will identify business opportunities that align with the company?s Business Strategy. Will be responsible for developing appropriate relationships with external parties to help develop opportunities, secure work by value and type to meet the company?s objectives and work with the Strategy and Relationships Director to develop customer solutions and prepare responses. The role will also involve overseeing all quality, technical and commercial aspects in accordance with procedures, developing ?best practice? systems and processes and implementing them. Responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process. Responsible for setting up all structures and processes of the bid office.
