Senior Authorities Engineer - Construction & ContractingJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:?To provide technical support to secure approvals, agreements, or undertakings with governmental departments and third parties.?Actively support the monitoring and implementation of requirements to obtain necessary NOC?s and approvals.?Tracks and maintains accurate and Up to Date information on the status of permits.?Should have experience to take Modification / Extension approval from Trakhees, DDA, Dubai Municipality.?Accomplish Noc?s and building permits for the concerned authorities inside and outside the office.?Coordinating with all local authorities.?Preparing procedures and reports.?Handling project approvals from government authorities.?Coordinate with the Dubai authorities on all NOC applications Design construction specifications and Design reports the NOC coordinator / engineer will work under the direction of the authority liaison manager.?Responsible for document submission to Authorities.?Brief the company about laws and regulations and status reports.?Attending technical discussions at authorities, dealing with authorities, Design review and compliance with all relevant codes.?Reviewing, preparing the NOC?s and submissions applications, for the Designs, and coordinating with other departments? NOC?s relevant to the approvals.Qualifications:?Bachelor?s degree in engineeringExperience:?Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in a Civil Contracting company in the Dubai as an Authorities Engineer.
