Senior AuditorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Conduct comprehensive financial audits of client organisations to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.?Analyse financial statements, accounting records, and other relevant documentation to identify potential issues and areas of improvement.?Evaluate internal control systems to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency in safeguarding assets, maintaining data integrity, and promoting operational excellence.?Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans for managements review.?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop audit plans, allocate resources, and execute audits within established timelines.?Review and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are taken and risks are mitigated.?Stay updated with the latest auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices to enhance audit quality and effectiveness.?Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors, assisting in their professional development and knowledge enhancement.Qualifications and Requirements:?Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIA is highly desirable.?Proven experience as an Auditor, preferably in a public accounting firm or an internal audit function.?In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and relevant laws and regulations.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively and team members.?Proficiency in using auditing software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.?Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
