They are recruiting an experienced Senior Audit Manager for their Corporate office.DescriptionFormulate a robust risk-based audit plan with consultation from senior management that aligns with the group strategy and highlights the risks of the group and its venturesCollaborate with stakeholders in audit, governance and risk initiativesLead and develop the team within the Audit functionEnsure that the team is updated on best practices and any changes in regulations within the audit professionImplement a robust audit program to assess the efficacy of the organisations internal controlsBusiness partner with senior management and business units to align on their risk-management needs and subsequently provide an overview of the effectiveness of existing controls and processesContribute to the development of quality assurance procedures and systems for the departmentFormulate best practices to streamline business activities and foster a continuous development environmentProfileMinimum 10 years of experience in an Audit function3-4 years of experience in the Big 4 is a huge advantageExperience in managing the audit function of multiple business unitsJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary along with attractive incentives
