Position Title:???????Senior Associate - LitigationEmployment Type:???Full Time?Salary:????????????Open for discussionJob Location:???????Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:The hiring company one of the most prestigious law firms in the region, excelling in litigation before UAE Courts.Job Role:Work with the clients to understand the case matter and provide legal advice to local and foreign businessesDevelop case strategies to resolve litigation matters favorably and in a cost-efficient manner for clientsProvide clients with insights and the available legal options on cases to make them transparently aware on the possible outcomes of the proposed proceedingsDevelop client relationships to be able to mine more business for the firmDevelop the case memos for court representation and work closely with the representing attorney on all litigation mattersOn litigation matters ? work with the team and prepare legal documents such as contracts, case memos, statement of claims, depositions and pleadings, accurately and as per the timelines of each caseUpdate yourself on the changes in legislation, especially concerning our service linesGenerate business for the firm and meet the targets; acquire new clients & mine business from the existing client base; be the ambassador for the firmDevelop relationships with clients as they establish legal needs, provide counsel, help them understand their legal options, and represent them in court and/or, negotiationsFoster an effective team culture and take responsibility for the growth of team members, including Associates, Paralegals etc.Encourage open communication and proactively resolve possible conflicts?
