Senior Architect | Total Alliance Health Partners International TAHPI Senior Architect manages preparation, application, and tracking of a specific job(s) which has a start, an end, and defined deliverables.Responsibilities: Project Planning Define scope of the task in cooperation with Senior Management Create detailed task execution strategy which identifies and sequences the activities needed to effectively provide the job on time Determine the resources needed to finish the task Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively assigns the resources to the activities Review the project schedule with Senior Management and all other staff that will be impacted by the job activities; revise the schedule as required Determine the goals and measures upon which the task will be assessed at its conclusion Personnel the tasks Manage job personnel according to the established policies and practices of the company Ensure that all task personnel get a proper orientation to the organization and the task Contract qualified experts to work on the project as proper Implement the job Execute the project according to the project plan Develop types and records to document job activities Set up files to make sure that all project details is properly recorded and protected Monitor the development of the job and change as required to make sure the successful conclusion of the project Establish an interaction schedule to update stakeholders including suitable staff in the organization on the development of the task Review the quality of the work completed with the job team regularly to ensure that it satisfies the task standards Examine the task Ensure that the task deliverables are on time, within spending plan and at the needed level of quality Evaluate the outcomes of the project as developed throughout the planning stage
