Provides firm-wide leadership, strategic vision, and project strategy for the firm?s work
He/She designed campus environments, office, residential, mix use, institutional, corporate, hospitality, master planning and public projects.
His/Her design concepts are driven by gaining a deeper understanding of the historical context of sites and city, along with an exploration of opportunities afforded by a building?s specific programmatic requirements
Has the ability to foster a design culture and work environment that is focused on creativity and collaboration, ensuring that all voices are heard during the design process.
He/She must be actively engaged in the firm?s expanding practice
He/She has ability to manage the lower tier colleagues and assist them to achieve their targets
Excellent English is required Arabic is an advantage but not essential
