Senior Architect & Interior DesignerJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesContract Details: Full-time, permanentNote: Candidate must be in the UAEOur client, a leading architecture and design firm in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect and Interior Designer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious projects in the region and be a part of a dynamic and creative team.Key Responsibilities:•Lead the design process for high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from concept to completion•Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their vision and requirements•Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including plans, elevations, and 3D models•Oversee and manage project teams, including junior architects and designers•Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects•Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design and construction are in accordance with plans and specifications•Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques and materials into projects•Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members•Assist with business development activities, including client presentations and proposal writingRequirements:•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design•Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a focus on high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects•Strong design skills and a portfolio showcasing previous projects•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite•Experience in project management and team leadership•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines•Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai is preferred•Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plusSalary: AED 8K- 10K + benefits as per UAE
