To interpret tender drawing and specifications in order to guide the coordination and detail documentation such as drawing, in line with conceived design.
To generate the final architectural details of the project in order to present them to consultants and subcontractors for obtaining timely approval.
To assign documentation work and monitor architectural team in order to provide engineering designs to meet project.
To support & update the site team on the progress with respect to the engineering & detailing aspects of the project in order to remain within the financial budgets and to meet deadlines.
To provide consistent and constructible details in accordance with the contract document.
To coordinate between engineers and consultant on the details of the project and work environment in order to ensure correct and relevant drawings are received and referred to.
To review the specifications and particulars of project in progress and raise specific query to the consultants in order to ensure the progress as per the concepts and plans.
Review tender drawings and extrapolate relevant details of layout and materials
Review tender drawings and schedule drafting progress for shop drawings
Review works and evaluate progress and personnel as to achieve targets based on project planning.
Organize all relevant drawings to ensure correct and relevant drawings are received and referred to
Check soft and hard copies of drawings
Supervise architectural draftsman for the accuracy, quality and detail of shop drawings.

Production of unique architectural Pre-concept Design, Concept Design, Schematic design.
Assisting in tender documentation & specification
Preparation of feasibility design studies & assembly of informative reports based on Clients brief and Design guidelines.
Developing master plans and architectural prototypes for mixed use projects.
Proficient in providing innovative Concept designs and reports in coordination with the various design disciplines.
Leading project direction as well as coordination with Structural & Engineers, building services specialists and other teams.
Liaising with a team of architects, engineers & multi-disciplinary designers to produce high quality design work, reports & documentation in the form of client deliverables.
Handling a client facing role & review as well as representing the professionalism of the organisation at all times
Ability to abide to timelines set by project heads with responsive turnarounds
Accountable for the accuracy and quality of work
Site Inspection with design / technical assistance when / if required
Be able to represent the company at municipal / local authorities and provide appropriate solutions to any dilemmas that may arise
