Senior Architect, detailing & execution drawings Key Responsibilities:

Lead the production of detailed and accurate construction drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, design architects, and engineers, to ensure that the drawings meet all project requirements.
Collaborate with external consultants, including structural engineers and engineers, to ensure that the drawings are coordinated with other disciplines.
Review construction documents and plans to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including local authorities in Dubai and Sharjah regulations.
Prepare and submit applications for permits and approvals, including responding to any requests for additional information or documentation.
Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for construction projects.
Maintain accurate records of all permits, licenses, and approvals, and ensure that all necessary renewals and extensions are obtained on time.
Participate in meetings with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to discuss and resolve any issues related to construction drawings or permits.
Mentor and train junior architects and draftsmen on best practices for producing construction drawings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction documentation and detailing.
