Our client is now recruiting for a?Senior Accountant ? Ticketing. You will be directly reporting to the Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable (Ticketing)Contract Duration: 6 monthsJob PurposeThe Finance Department is responsible for managing all the financial aspects of EXPO 2020. The department functions include planning organizing, auditing, accounting for and controlling finances, as well as reporting and producing financial statements.The key responsibilities of the Senior Accountant will be to:? Support the Revenue Team in carrying out daily operational activities supporting the Ticketing, F&B, Retail and all other revenue streams.? Support the Assistant Manager - Revenue with relevant reporting requirements? Aid the department with adhoc requirements and deliverables.Core AccountabilitiesOperational Responsibilities? Maintains Credit limit schedule of each Authorized Ticket Reseller? Assist in reviewing and checking of reseller agreements? Ensures invoices are posted correctly in the system? Liaising with end user departments on the delivery of the Invoices, and invoice dispute settlement? Monitoring of bank receipts and collection? Maintenance and monitoring of reseller ledgers? Ensuring payment securities are received as per the agreement and liaising with the Treasury Department for safekeeping (e.g. Letter of Guarantee and Security Cheques)? Floating Deposit management and monitoring for each reseller? Payment follow up from customers? Support in cash handling from all selling points? Reviews cashier reports and actual sales? Monthly calculation of rebates for each reseller? Monitoring of complimentary tickets issued to each reseller? Maintenance and Monitoring of customers master file? Reconciliation of customers ledger to the AR Ledger? Reconciliation of Sales reports and settlements? Supporting the revenue team with all other adhoc reporting requirements and deliverables
