Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting various journal entries required for daily routine business transactions, accruals and reconciling multiple GL accounts;
  • Maintaining general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals reconciliations, foreign exchange and variances;
  • Leading month-end close procedures;
  • Reviewing all financial transactions, monitoring compliance with IFRS and identifying areas where additional accuracies and efficiency could be achieved;
  • Prepare and timely submit monthly financial reporting (BS, PL, CF, etc.) and other corporate reporting requirements with the highest level of quality standards;?
  • Prepare and present annual financial statements, annual budgets and other financial or business reports and documents to Senior and Executive Management;
  • Demonstrate understanding of the financial systems, operations, accounting, audits and budgets of the Company;
  • Understand and ensure compliance with local legislation, financial and tax laws and guidelines, compliance with IFRS;
  • Provide an operational work with local and international banks on regular basis, including accounts management, transfers arrangement, contacts with account managers, bank statements monitoring;
  • Monitoring financial condition by conducting audits, providing information to external auditors during annual audit process of financial statements;
  • Work with the Head Office and Rep Office finance teams to deliver the external audit, review and analyse results and recommend for approval the audited financial statements (under IFRSs)
