Senior AccountantJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:?Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and client deliverables.?Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.?Review and approve accounting work completed by the team to maintain accuracy and quality.?Manage client relationships and address their financial inquiries professionally.?Implement and improve accounting processes and workflows.?Utilize and oversee work within accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, and Tally.?Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.?Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.?Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.Qualifications & Skills:?Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification is required.?Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.?Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.?Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, and Tally.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Proven ability to lead and develop a team.?Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.?Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.?High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
