Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties for a Leading Perfume Company in UAEDuties & Responsibilities :

  1. Bank Status & Cash Flow Report
  2. Prepare cheque payment request, issuance of the same after approved and signed by the owners, entry in the system for payables and collecting it after clearance.
  3. Handle General payments request for the company.
  4. Handle supplier payments for the company.
  5. Coordinate with banks for various kind of queries eg. Opening new accounts, letters, approvals as and when required.
  6. Keep track of PDC (outstanding cheqs.)
  7. Handling head office petty cash and recording petty cash expenses on daily basis.
  8. Preparing payment Vouchers for cash / Cheque payments & others.
  9. Manage and record utility payments for the company.
  10. Prepare and process payroll payment for the company.
  11. Handles all payables and expenses entries.
  12. Bank reconciliation
  13. In charge of updating staff loans ledgers.
  14. In charge of email correspondence to Malls & Suppliers.
  15. In Charge of preparing all documents related to loans (company & owner?s personal)
  16. Filing Vat Return quarterly and process payment.
  17. Maintain fixed assets register
  18. Preparation of monthly information packs for the managements, Cash flow, Income Statement, Balance sheet & Bank reconciliation Statements, Inventory sheet
  19. Coordinating with staff in terms of their loan queries and receivables.
  20. Provide support to shops in managing their reports
  21. Cheque Deposits
  22. Collate, Analyze and present company performance details monthly, quarterly, hlf-yearly and annually.
  23. Performs other related tasks as required.
  24. Perform any other task as assigned by direct manager.
