Job Description

  1. Accountants Receivable & Payable
  2. To prepare the invoices for the customers accurately as per their requirements & send to the customers on time to get their payments on time.
  3. To ensure that the invoices are sent / dispatched correctly as per the delivery details provided by the customers.
  4. To ensure that that the payment terms of the customers are met & make them aware with gentle reminders in order to keep the debtors in control.
