Oversees accounting, treasury, and some administrative responsibilities of the Company.˙Provide financial leaderships and implementations of accounting strategies, policies and internal controls.˙Oversee accounts payable and disbursements, receivables, payroll and other employee benefits. Negotiating lines of credits, review of vendor agreements, and insurance policies.
