FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:? Performing admin tasks such as answering enquiries and resolving issues from clients by phone and email? Reconciling the company?s bank statements? Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable? Preparing invoices, statements of accounts and recording of supplier invoices? Analyze all transactions, prepare journal entries, and maintain the ledger? Preparing of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statement, and other reports monthly, quarterly, and annually? Filing of VAT Return as per UAE Law? Coordinating and Assisting the External Auditor
