  • Handle the accounting functions of new real estate development projects and other properties under management.
  • Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, reconciling and verifying transactions
  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable & payable, bank accounts reconciliation, month-end reporting, VAT Returns
  • Assist in budgeting & forecasting, year end statutory audit
  • Create and manage budgets for development projects, track expenses, and forecast future cash flows and profitability
