RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide leadership, direction, and assistance to accounting and logistics team members including administrative support and work-related advice. * Managing cash flow for all the entities including close collection follow-up and scheduling of supplier payments. * Provide commentary on monthly management reporting for all the entities based on variance analysis. * Establishing credit limits for a new customer based on the credit assessment. * Ensure all relevant documents are kept ready for audit, work closely with other teams for timely completion of audit * Implement control measure suggested by internal audit and compliance team. * Review and approve supplier invoices overheads charges prior to GL posting. * Managing vendor relationship * Calculation of sale incentive as per approved incentive scheme. * Implementing policy and procedure for standard business processing * Independently Managing Banking relationships and restructuring with various Banks to improve working capital requirements * Effective system and reporting implementation resulting in timely reporting * Dealing with the external auditor and finalizing audit for 2022. * VAT filing with FTA * Preparing and presenting reports to management using automated reporting tools. (Tableau and Power BI). * Cost optimizing by implementing various cost control and reduction measures.
