Complete monthly group accounting and reporting
Preparation of monthly trial balance reports, income statements, balance sheets and cash flow forecast reports for each entity.
Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management.
Treasury management
Preparation of the group budget and preparation of comparative performance reports on a monthly basis, or as requested
Ad hoc reporting as required.
Responsible for monthly Reports and Executive Summary

Due Diligence:

Analyze financial and non-financial/operational results of target companies using accounting information
Identifying and understanding key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers (financial and non-financial)
Identify diligence issues which may affect purchase price, deal structure or deal termination

Other:

Assist with software implementation, maintenance, and continual improvements from a finance perspective.
Manage support/ data input teams to ensure all reporting, accounting and project tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner with complete accuracy.
Preparation of accounts for yearly audit and assist auditors
Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analysing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy within a multi business group
Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business
