Job Description

Our client is a leading Multinational Forex Trading Company with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a background in banking, or Forex within the Fintech industry.<b>Responsibilities </b><b></b>Meet and exceed personal KPI targets.Retain and grow your customer portfolio through providing personalized support and fulfilling their needs.Develop a professional and trusting relationship with your active portfolio of clients, keeping them up to date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.Research sources for developing prospects and for information to determine customers potential.Prepare and enable efficient sales activities with available tools, reports, action items, and business insights.Listen to customers and offer the best solutions to their needs and concerns.Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.Provide feedback to relevant departments on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.Continuously improve knowledge of the financial markets and the companys offering.Updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.Providing feedback to relevant departments on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.Display behaviors aligned with our core values - inside and outside the office.Adhering to all compliance and security requirements.Any additional duties and responsibilities that may be requiredRequirementsExperience working in a sales environment, preferably in the forex industry.University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field).Computer literate - Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is essential.Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to network with stakeholders effectively, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment and being able to multitask.Be pro active, show initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement.Energetic team player, with a positive outlook in the workplace.
