Record and report any suspicious activities (security breaches etc.) to the line to ensure that appropriate action can be taken where required.
Conduct regular patrols of the property, both indoors and outdoors, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Monitor and operate CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
Control access at entry points, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with established procedures.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and security breaches, providing assistance and coordinating with Dubai Police and Civil Defense as required.
Write comprehensive and accurate daily activity reports and maintain a detailed notebook of all shifts.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering queries, and offering assistance in a professional manner.
Enforce company policies and procedures firmly and courteously.
Report any security breaches, safety hazards, or faulty equipment.
