Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
Review and approve method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), material submissions, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Coordinate and manage inspections with consultants, clients, and local authorities.
Lead the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), root-cause analysis, and preventive/corrective action processes.
Monitor, audit, and evaluate subcontractor quality performance and compliance.
Conduct internal quality audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation to project stakeholders.
Train and guide project teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
