Implement and maintain the project document control system in compliance with company and client standards.
Manage the full document cycle: receipt, tracking, distribution, filing, and archiving of all project documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, transmittals, RFIs, etc.).
Ensure all documentation is accurately logged, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate timely document reviews and approvals.
Prepare and submit document status reports, highlighting pending actions and deadlines.
Support audits and project close-out by ensuring complete and organized documentation.
