Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.SOC Operation:Roles & responsibilities:Analyse, escalate and assist in remediation of critical information security incidentsCoordinate mitigation actions with SME/ asset owner for alerts raised by SOC teamInvestigate incidents using Arc sight SIEM and share the findings and remediation.Monitor, analyse- relevance & Impact, alert and provide threat and vulnerability reCreate use cases in ArcSight SIM as per the requirement and perform additional enIntegration of log sources as per requirementProvide training session to L1 resource to improve alert/incident handling process.Create processes for SC operations like Alert/Incident handling process, Backup/Restoration, soc SOP, practices etc.Escalation of incident with Support/SME and perform containment and support remediationProvide the root cause analysis for incidents wherever required and mitigation stepsCreate Roadmap of NetGen SOC to bring additional enhancements and share recommendations.Perform Preventive maintenance report of arcsight component health checks.Perform Upgrade of ESM, Logger, Connectors, Patch updates, Content and Context updates and backup of SIEM as per release.per release.Send advisory to SMEs for critical vulnerability/threat information and recommendation whichever applicableManaging ESM, Logger and Connectors and troubleshoot if any issues in the applicationRaise support case with Vendor in case of any feature or support required for troubleshootingManage storage and Backup of events from SIEMShare advisories/recommendations related to new enhancements and process improvementsShare logs with SME for troubleshooting related requests.Handle FEDNET/AECERT related alerts and perform remediationProvide support on audit requirements.Experience: 5+ yrsLocation: Ajman, UAE.Here at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
