Supports team in achieving individual and team sales and gross margin targets
Identifies leads and opportunities and arranges meetings with clients along with relevant team members
Gathers sector specific knowledge and market requirements and recommends sector specific solutions of both products and services to the Country Manager
Assists the Country Manager in developing sector penetration strategies specific to the position?s assigned sector
Assist the Country Manager in preparing performance metrics, setting sales targets and prepares monthly progress reports towards achieving agreed on targets and performance metrics
Maintains effective market intelligence specific to the sector and early warning service related to market trends
Recommends marketing activities which could enhance sales performance
Evaluates salesforce headcount and specialization requirements based on market intelligence
Develops / Reviews sales contracts prepared by the team / self from a risk management perspective and escalates potential risks to Country Manager
Works closely with the Design & Estimation team to ensure design and estimated values are in line with client expectations
Liaises with operations prior to quotation in order to accurately capture installation, service, and other relevant costs
Coordinates with the Operations to ensure procurement, supply chain and installation/maintenance services are efficiently provided to the projects within the sector
Collaborates with the Procurement Department in evaluating and recommending new suppliers / manufacturers
General
Continuously examines and recommends improvement opportunities related to service quality and operational processes in order to increase customer satisfaction
Ensures collaboration within the sales teams to broaden the spectrum of sales
Ensures the team is compliant with company policies
Ensures the confidentiality of the Company?s information and enhances the Company?s reputation
Ensures the team has received appropriate trainings on sales techniques and relevant technologies and tools
Identifies training needs of the team in coordination with the Country Manager and HR
