Sea Import coordinator???????Full Knowledge of sea import operations.???????Communicate daily with overseas agents and shipping lines for timely manner updates.???????Daily shipments tracking and notify for any changes in routings,?T/T, short shipments and keep records.???????Communicate with clients ( emails/ phone) and update on their shipments ( pre-alerts, arrival, clearance and delivery)???????Knowledge of moving multiple shipments under one MBL.???????Liaise with customs clearance and delivery departments.???????Monitoring and reviewing all agents billing & shipping line costs, invoicing promptly based on agreed rates.???????
