1.Responsible for all activities related to customs import and export DXB/DWC/SHJ Air & Sea Freight clearance in Dubai trade system.2.Carry out inspection booking, apply online for various controlling authority approvals, e-claim submissions, document submission, VAT return documentation, Client registration (New3.Importer code / Renew Importer code), Gate passes, apply for customs broker cards, Importer4.Monitor Exit Entry certificates to ensure submission on time before expiry to customs.5.Accurate customs clearance submission monitoring to ensure no delay in clearance & customs inspection clearance.6.Effectively maintain CDR, standing Guarantee Account within stipulated time frame and avoid any FINES/PENALTIES.7.Prepare Export shipping Documents such as Certificate of Organ, Commercial Invoice and packing List.8.To ensure the Exit certificate and standing guarantee are submitted on time and follow up with Dubai customers for refund claim9.Sea Air Handling DWC/SHJ port and out & Transit to Air / Freezone transit to destination10.Scrutinize the shipping documents to check whether they comply with customs requirements.
