Reporting into the Head of Delivery, the role is responsible for delivering change and driving value for the Customers through the management of delivery in up to 2 scrum teams as part of the Engineering department.ResponsibilitiesGuiding up to 2 Development teams to be self-organising while promoting an open, honest and respectful environmentGuiding up to 2 teams on Agile methodologies and their associated practicesResponsible for the removal of impediments that hinder the teams productivityResponsible for timely escalation of risks and impediments to key stakeholders within Engineering and Change functionsResponsible for facilitating the agile ceremonies, such as daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives and scrum of scrumsResponsible for providing key KPIs on individual team performance and reporting across multiple teamsEnsuring the SDLC is adhered to while contributing to its continued improvementEmbraces and drives a continuous learning culture where the development of new skills and knowledge is paramount to the success of their role and career.
