Nair Systems is currently looking for Scrum Master for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.Skills :•Knowledge of Scrum rules and use Agile Technical Practices•Knowledge of project management•Knowledge of projects/releases in banking environment•Shows judgment / self-confidence and ability to work under tight schedule•Shows determination and ability to find solutions / develop effective courses of action•Has effective communication skills and able to explain technical issues•Software/Product release management experience•Knowledge/Experience of working in banking environmentExperience required (if any)•3+ years as a Scrum Master/Project lead working with dedicated agile teams using scrum or Kanban.•2+ years of working as a project lead/project manager.•Strong understanding and experience with software and product development.•Professional Certification in Scrum methodologies•Experienced and have practiced Scrum Master Methodologies and project management in BankingEducation Required•High School Diploma Degree•Master Professional Certification:Experience RequiredMinimum 4 – 5 yearJoining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume
