Scrum Master page is loadedScrum MasterScrum MasterlocationsDubai, United Arab Emirates time typeFull time posted onPosted Yesterday job requisition id22007021 Based in our Dubai offices and reporting to the CIO for Middle East & Africa, the successful candidate will be accountable for leading a software scrum team that is responsible for managing Salesforce.com based applications. The scrum master will be responsible for ensuring efficient on time delivery of quality software leveraging an Agile methodology. (SAFe and Scrum) The Scrum master will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 5-7 team members. The role will be operating within a hybrid office environment where time will be split between collaborating closely with others in our Dubai offices and working virtually, based from home.Main Duties / Responsibilities:* Agile Ceremonies ? You will be responsible for ensuring that our agile delivery team adheres to agile ceremonies and follows IM agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban?) * You will also assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and removing impediments and mitigating risks. * You will anticipate and manage the dependencies that can have a negative impact to the delivery capability of your team. Therefore, you will be driving cross team planning, collaboration, and coordination. * Understanding the Accountability and Responsibility of all members of their teams and ensuring capacity is not exceeded. * Ensure the team?s continuous improvement by motivating, coaching, acting as change agent * Support the product owner to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint * Provide regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments * Accountable for line management of team members; responsibilities include career development, performance management, coaching and annual performance reviews.Required Skills and Experience:* Extensive experience as a Scrum Master working in an enterprise level organisation * Solid experience in supporting IT project delivery ?
