SCM & Logistics Officer - Dubai Logistics & Supply ChainKey Responsibilities:*Order Desk Management, Logistics, and Documentation: - Collect and follow up customer orders through ERP. Ensure a close communication of daily order entry and guarantee strict order management accuracy. - Issuing of export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Proof of Delivery, Certificates and verifications when necessary - Work closely with APM?s and participate in S&OP meetings. Maintain weekly shipment outlook and lead meeting related to review of order status, priorities, and challenges. - Compile and give feedback on indicators with regard to business performance and services provided to customers. - Track customer claims and ensure daily follow up of outstanding items, investigate and set action plans to prevent reoccurrence. Manage resources by setting clear expectations, creating accountability, and enhancing collaboration to meet or exceed service level and quality expectations.Preferred:*Order Desk:Knowledge on ERP and overall order management process.*Documentation:International Trade knowledge, Letter of Credit, documentation, processes, negotiations, regulations Experience: At least 3 to 5 Years experience in similar field Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree (MBA is preferred) Other Skills: * Effective communication skills and agility: business, technical, and operational languages.* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc)* Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, across disciplines and throughout different levels of the organization.* Strong drive for results, decision making: committing and delivering, acting with autonomy. Solution driven with willingness and ability to implement innovative ideas.
